Create Custom Project Blueprints
Ever wished you could represent the deliverables in your software process in a way that communicates exactly to your project team who does what, and when it is done? ProGo's Project Blueprints allows you to succinctly create such representations, allowing you to focus on the content, and not the presentation of the information. With ProGo Consultant Edition, you can create your own Project Blueprints for your own projects. We provide 4 existing Blueprints from which you can duplicate and customise to your own software project needs. To find out more about

All of ProGo Professional Edition's Great Features
ProGo Consultant Edition includes all of ProGo Professional Edition's features and content. It builds on a solid set of features and content and provides additional tools to help you with integrating processes and tailoring project processes.
Advance Role Management
Each template housed in ProGo contains descriptions about the roles that various people enact within a document. ProGo Consultant Edition leverages this knowledge when you assemble a Project Blueprint, saving you time and effort. You can then choose to leverage ProGo's name substitution facilities when you export, allowing you to replace 'Architect' with the real name of your project's architect.
Share Easily
ProGo Consultant Edition has been designed to collaborate with other ProGo Consultant and Enterprise installations. You can share archives of templates or blueprints. Each file contains version information, making it easy to update and stay up to date with changes.
Project Blueprints
What is a Blueprint?
A Project Blueprint allows you to plan your project's deliverables by allocating them to stages and assigning people to fulfill specific responsibilities for that document. For example, the diagram above shows a snippet of a Project Blueprint and shows that for the Business Object Model document, the Architect is the Approver (indicated by the green tick) in the Project Definition Stage (column).
So this representation allows you to succinctly communicate who is involved with which deliverable, when that involvement is required, and under what capacity the involvement will take shape (ie. author, reviewer, approver etc.) Each Blueprint allows you to drop any template into a stage.
Drag and Drop Simplicity
The graphical presentation of a Blueprint makes it intuitive to drag and drop templates to a desired stage. This allows you to easily and quickly assemble your Blueprint visually.
Export GANTT or JPG/GIF/PNG
Since Project Blueprints provide a rich representation, ProGo provides export facilities to take an image snapshot and save it as a JPG/GIF or PNG file so you can post or email your blueprint to communicate with others. And, to give you a head-start, you can export your Project Blueprint as a Microsoft® Project document, making it easier than ever to start filling out your Project GANTT chart.
