Common Vision will not collect any personal information about you without your consent and only information about you which you have provided to Common Vision in your dealings with us and required to purchase and activate the ProGo® software and templates.

If you disclose personal information to us in using the www.myprogo.com web site or contacting Common Vision in relation to a service provided by Common Vision, we reserve the right to maintain such information relevant to the request including your name, address, contact details, email address, and information relevant to your request for information.

If at any time you wish to determine what personal information we have about you or believe that we may have information about you that is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us using one of the methods provided on the "Contact Us" section of this site.

3. Disclosing your personal information to third parties

Your information will be kept confidential by Common Vision. Your license registration details consisting of Licensee Name and contact information collected as part of the purchase will be provided to the third party template provider. No other details will be shared or given to any third party without your prior consent.
