- All purchases on the MyProGo.com site are delivered electronically. Delivery will be made
to the email address supplied. Within the email will contain link(s) which you can click on to download the content
and software you have purchased.
Note: For Template Downloads you will only have 5 download attempts (ie. you will only be able to click on the download link for templates 5 times). If you have trouble downloading your templates, please contact support@myprogo.com. For sofware downloads, you will be able to click on the download link any number of times. - Privacy & Security

- If you are happy with your current license of ProGo and would like to upgrade to a later version of Progo or to Consultant or Enterprise editions, please contact sales@myprogo.com where one of our sales team will be happy to find a solution to your needs.
- Ordering
- To order items on the MyProGo.com site, you need to add items to your 'cart', and then click checkout. The MyProGo.com site will then guide you through a series of simple forms that need to be completed. Once we have received payment notification, an email will be sent to your provided email address with details of how to download the purchased content. Once payment has been received, it shouldn't take long for the order to be processed. If you believe that there is a problem, please contact our support team at support@myprogo.com
- Payment
- The MyProGo.com site currently supports PayPal checkout. You can use any number of payment mechanisms via the PayPal checkout site including Visa and Mastercard. Please consult www.paypal.com for further information or contact support@myprogo.com if you have any questions.
- Pricing & Tax (GST)
- ProGo is an Australian based company. All prices in the catalog are quoted excluding any tax (GST). If you are a returning Australian customer and you have logged in, the store will quote prices inclusive and excluding the GST. Once you begin the checkout process and you indicate an Australian billing address, the order will automatically calculate how much GST will be charged and the amount will be clearly seen. Note that GST and tax is only relevant for customers with an Australian billing addresses.
