Quick Overview

This document defines the requirements involved in transition of the business processes from their current As Is" state to the proposed "To Be" state. "

Product Description

The document should focus upon the business changes required and the constraints surrounding those changes rather than “how” the changes are to be effected (which will typically be defined as part of the Business Transition Strategy). Business changes could involve:

  • Re-structure or consolidation of business functions into new roles (multi-skilling)
  • Out-sourcing of nominated business functions
  • Reduction in the number of steps or approvals involved in nominated business processes
  • Creation of one or more additional sales channels This template can be used to define the Business Transition Requirements for a single project or for a program of work.
