The Acceptance Criteria Template is used to define what is required in order to gain project stakeholder acceptance of the final products or changes delivered by a project. It will list unambiguously and clearly in measurable terms what is required by each of the identified stakeholders for them to ultimately accept any given solution. More importantly it also identifies who is ultimately responsible for a projects successful acceptance and final closure.

This template will be strongly supported by and used in conjunction with a Business Case.
